Pump Action contracted to provide a reliable maintenance solution for the pumping equipment serving a care home property, ensuring the system operates efficiently and consistently to support the needs of the residents.

Requirements:

Our scope included the maintenance of the pressurisation and water booster set located within the basement plantroom. The aim was to maintain consistent water pressure and ensure reliable system performance, minimising disruption while delivering a dependable, trouble-free service for residents.

Approach:

We attended site and produced an asset list and submitted our proposal to the customer in line with their requirements and the building maintenance specification. Upon receipt of confirmation from the customer, we commenced regular service and maintenance to the site, where each piece of equipment has an individual report.

Outcome:

As a result, the customer now benefits from a dependable and well-maintained pumping system that supports the building’s water services efficiently. Regular servicing helps maintain consistent performance while preventing unexpected issues, and the availability of specialist technical support ensures any concerns are addressed.
