Pump Action was delighted to welcome Joanne Mitchell from Edinburgh College to our head office this week, marking a special moment for both our team and our ongoing commitment to professional development.

The visit followed the successful completion of the ILM Level 5 in Leadership and Management by several of our branch managers. We extend our congratulations to David Muir, Mark Morris, Tony Stewart, and Mark Penney, who have all demonstrated exceptional dedication in achieving this qualification.
