1994

Incorporation

The company was incorporated, and we began trading on 1st June 1994 from 22 West Gorgie Parks, Edinburgh.

1997

Expansion in Edinburgh

As the business grew, we expanded our team and required additional space. We acquired the neighbouring unit at number 24 to support our continued growth.

1998

Key Distribution Partnership

We became the main independent Scottish distributor of Grundfos pumps, marking a significant milestone in our growth.

2002

Expansion in Glasgow

To better serve customers across Scotland, we opened a new branch on Houston Street, Glasgow, to provide our customers with the same high level of service as they were used to in the East.

2004

New Edinburgh Headquarters

We purchased and relocated to our current Edinburgh premises at 19 Hutchison Road.

2006

Growth in Glasgow

Our continued expansion lead to a move into a larger premises on Queensberry Avenue, Hillington.

2013

New Supplier Partnership

We proudly became the Scottish distributor for Swiss pump manufacturer Biral Pumps.

2016

Northern Expansion

To support customers in the North of Scotland, we opened a branch in Dyce, Aberdeen, delivering consistent service nationwide.

2020

Further growth in Glasgow

Ongoing expansion saw us move to larger premises in Hillington Park, Glasgow, which remains our base there today.

2021

Service Partnership Established

We established a partnership with TT Pumps, becoming their Scottish Service Channel Partner.

2023

New Strategic Partnership

We became the official channel partner for Crest Pumps in Scotland, strengthening our product offering and enabling us to provide customers with a wider range of high-quality solutions.

2023

Investment and Growth

We welcomed investment from the Nevis Group, enabling us to align with other engineering companies in their portfolio and enhance our servicing offering.

2024

Expansion into England

We opened our first branch outside Scotland in Salford, Greater Manchester, bringing our customer-focused philosophy and Pump Action business model to a new market.

2025

New Edinburgh Head Office

In response to continued growth, we opened a second facility in Edinburgh – our new Head Office at New Mart Place, located just 800 metres from our existing offices.

2026

Digital Transformation

We refined our brand identity and launched a new website, enhancing our digital presence and improving the overall experience for our customers.
